POLICY OF USE FOR THE GANADERO INTELIGENTE MOBILE APP

By using the mobile app, the user (hereinafter referred to as "the user") fully accepts this policy and guarantees that they are 18 years old.

GANADERO INTELIGENTE S.A.S (hereinafter, "the Company") reserves the right to modify the Policy at any time; therefore, the user should regularly review this Policy to stay informed about any changes made by the Company.

1. Use of the Application

The user agrees to use the mobile app responsibly and diligently, in accordance with this Policy, the Company's terms and conditions, and applicable law. By using the mobile app, the user acquires, among others, the following obligations:

Not to use the Application for illegal purposes or against moral standards and good conduct.
Not to collect or access information or data of third parties without the Company's or third party’s consent.
Not to use the Application to harm or negatively impact the Company or third parties.
Not to impersonate another user or third party.
Not to use malicious software that may damage the app or user devices.

2. Intellectual Property

The Company owns or is the licensee of all intellectual property rights on the Application, including, but not limited to, source code, images, text, and design. The User acknowledges that they do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the mobile app by merely using it, and unauthorized use of the content may infringe on intellectual property rights. In such cases, the Company may block access to the mobile app and initiate relevant legal actions.

Unauthorized use includes, among others, selling, transferring, assigning, licensing, sublicensing, reproducing, displaying, creating derivative versions, distributing, or using the content for any purpose other than general and technical use of the app, without prior written authorization from the Company.

3. Responsibility

The Company only guarantees the adequacy and quality of the Software. The Company is not responsible for the handling, management, interpretation, use, or security of the information, backups, user password management, operating systems, networks, or third-party applications or software that may interact with the Software, databases, hardware, or the user’s equipment in general, as these are the sole responsibility of the user.

The Company is not responsible for any damage or harm that may result from the user's use of the Application.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Application; however, it commits to diligently work to minimize the chances of failures or interruptions.

4. Non-compliance

Non-compliance with these rules may result in the suspension or cancellation of the user's account without prior notice.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy of Use is governed by Colombian law. Any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions will first be resolved through amicable dispute resolution mechanisms, and after exhausting this mechanism, parties may appeal to the arbitration courts of Medellín, Colombia.
